If our wedding is in a field how does everything work?

Curated Canvas’s approach is to provide you the freedom to create the day you want, whilst providing all the support you need to make it happen. 

We have a team of people who are event specialists as well as a great list of suppliers who know how to work off grid. We provide all of the infrastructure you need to make your wedding or event a success.

Can we choose our own catering?

Yes, absolutely, We allow freedom of choice and don’t charge you for the privilege, you can have a hog roast or vegetarian delights, sharing plates or a food truck, the choice is yours. We have a host of caterers for you to choose from. 

Can we have provide the drinks?

Yes! You can provide all the drinks, or we can then provide a cash and card bar, or you can have a mixture of the two, it’s your choice and we don’t charge corkage, in fact we don’t believe in packages or restricting your day at all.

Is the venue exclusive to us?

Noah’s Pond and Stalcombe Meadow are both exclusive to you from Friday, through to Sunday. The Tipis at Glastonbury Abbey are yours on Friday and Saturday.

The Walled Garden in Mells is a working nursery, so it can only be available the day of the wedding or event. Exclusive use is possible, ask for details.

Are the toilets compost?

No! We provide fully flushing, luxury toilets with mirrors and lovely hand soaps.

Can our guests camp?

Yes, your guests are welcome to camp at both Stalcombe Meadow and Noah’s Pond, we also have luxury fully furnished bell tents available, let us know this is something you are interested in when you contact us. We can also provide showers. 

If our guests don’t want to camp, where can they stay?

All our sites are close to great hotels and Airbnb’s, we have a full list of local accommodation we can share, so all your guests can find the place to stay that suits them.

A wedding is so expensive, how do we control our budget but still have the wedding we want?

We always try and be as flexible as we can, which is why at all our venues, you control the budget on the catering and bar. 

At Stalcombe Meadow, you can choose and organise all of the elements with our help, it’s great for flexibility as you have complete control over the budget and total flexibility on all of the elements.
